Lukáš Rais

Lukas Rais implements a unique technique and achieves dramatic results. He uses simple steel pipes and fittings, bending and interweaving them to form endless abstract shapes. He then polishes and sprays the steel and iron surfaces to achieve a mirror effect. Besides sculptures, he creates applied design objects like slides, heaters, and monuments. Some of his sculptures have moving elements, activated by electric circuits.
